Yes, you can do this.

Go to the table question and click Advanced Edit (the little notebook on the left side). Go to Column Headers => Title column. Insert the html code as follows to bring in the image:

 <img src= https://app.sgizmo.com/users/...(this is the link to your image in your image library) >

Be sure and save changes.

You will need to make the images the size you want and then upload them to your image library as you will not be able to adjust the size of the image in the question itself.
