The general error message is displayed on a page with a continuous sum question. It would be better to have a specific message to tell the user that the total is not correct, and to alert the user to the correct total.
It would also be nice to be able to format the continuous sum with a % symbol.
Thanks!

Hi Michael,
Good idea, we’ll be making improvements to the error message system in the future.
Thanks for the suggestions,
Chad

Has this feature been added to the continuous sum question?
I have had many respondents receive the error message, but either not noticed because it blends in with the text or not know why they received the error. Please advise once this has been updated.

Yes, many of these improvements have been added to continuous sum questions, yes. I recommend previewing your survey to see how these new errors and messages are displayed to the survey taker.
