Internationa Characters do not appear correctly on reports

When I browse responses for my survey, the characters are correct. However, they do not appear correctly on reports.


My survey is for an international audience. The responses will mainly be in English, however, Names, Places and people contain special characters like:

 
Seleção
Pública
Produção
Música”
eletrônicas

Hello, Ann!

We've not been able to locate any reason why your special characters won't appear in the reports correctly.

We use a UTF-8 for our characters, which basically mean, if you can enter it into your computer, we can display it. Can you tell me which survey has this information and point me toward the report that doesn't display the characters correctly? I'd like to see what the problem is.
