Maybe the reporting feature can do this but I just haven’t figured out how yet—

I’d like to be able to show on a report the average score on a question when a filter is in place versus the overall average score on that question (i.e. no filter).

For example, if I had a satisfaction survey for an ice cream shop, and one question was “Who was your server?” and another was “Overall, I was satisfied,” I’d like to be able to run a report showing the overall average on the “I was satisfied” question compared to the average score on that question when the server=John Doe.

Thanks.

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the feedback. We are working on an Analytics and Reporting upgrade. Hang in there! It’s coming!

Cheers,
