I just took an online survey. The ‘Next page’ and ‘Back to previous page’ buttons don’t seem logically located. The Next is on the left and the back is on the right. Different than any browser. Also, the last page in the survey has the ‘Back’ button on the left and the ‘Finish’ button on the right, which breaks consistency.

Hi DMF,
You’re right it’s not supposed to be like that.We have noticed this before and seems to occur in a few circumstances where one template change interferes with the default.
Can you let me know the link of the survey you took so I can look into it further?
Thanks
Scott

Hi,
I’m a new user and experiencing the same problem in the first survey I’m designing. I’m using the enhanced basic template. I’m hoping to launch the survey in a week, and would love to see this fixed before then.
Thanks,
Christine

Hi Christine,
The good news is that this is aeasy to fix. Click on Look and Feel in your survey editor and simply swap the positions of the Button merge codes. They are in the HTML block of the Look and Feel page.

Hi,
This did fix my problem with the buttons in the wrong position, but I just noticed I appear to have lost my submit button on the last page of my survey (Educational Advancement Professionals).
So, if you could let me know how to fix that, I would be most grateful.
Thanks,
Christine

Christine,
This is fixed. Until now SurveyGizmo has always been a bit unsure of the last page when you have suppressed pages in the mix.
That has now been upgraded.

Wow, I’ve seriously never worked with an organization with such great customer service before. Thank you!!! I’ll be sure to recommend your organization, and will definately be encouraging my customers to use Web surveys. :)

Thanks Christine, on behalf of all of us we really appreciate such positive feedback!!
One day we will also support offline & print surveys — then you can recommend us for that too! :)
