With regards to the results terminology, I would suggest that it would be even more useful if you could show:

Completed (100% of questions answered rather than reaching the Thank You page)

Partial/In Progress (with options for % of questions answered)

Viewed (something that shows “viewed but no data entered” for abandoned; i think the word abandoned really scares clients)
