Will it be possible to label the stars - like in a “normal” rating scale?
E.g. ++,+,0,-,–?

The Stars question N/A should be out in about a month.

Right now it’s not possible to assign custom values to the stars.

I will look into adding it however!

In the mean time, you might be able to create something similar to that using our Image Chooser question type though.
