I would love to be able to use images as answer choices to questions. This would allow me to easily run a community vote on a batch of images in a survey.

For example, the question would be: Which is your favorite dog picture?
The choices would be a title-less matrix of dog pictures, with radio/checkbox selectors next to each image.

If there is already a way to achieve this I’d love to hear it. :)

Technically there is (but I can always make it easier). The option title supports HTML — so you can type in your own <img> tag to show the image next to the radio button.
