I would like the ability to include “none” as a checkbox option with validation. If “none” is selected the other options in the list should gray out.

This is similar to the feature you already have where you can limit the number of checkboxes a person can select in a list. So if I set the limit to “3″, then the other checkboxes gray out after I have checked 3 boxes. I would like the same interface for the “none” box.

Actually, my request is a little broader than I first indicated. This rule would also apply to an answer such as “don’t know.” So perhaps we could just pick an option from a list and say if that option is selected the others are grayed out.
