I am wanting to add additional contacts but have already launched my survey with the contacts under my invitation. I am wondering if I need to create a new invite or if I can add the new contacats to my current invitation and send out the survey to only the new contacts.
Thanks,
SQ

Hello, SQ!
You can just add those new contacts to your current email invite. Keep in mind you'll need to trigger the “Send” button again, but don't worry, doing that will only send the invite to those people who have not yet received it, the system already knows who its sent out messages to.

Thanks Jonathan. However, I had to send it out before you were able to get the answer up and so i created a new invite just in case. Another question - I sent out my reminder yesterday also but i received a few emails from participants who had completed the survey. I thought the system would not send out the survey again to those who had completed the survey??? Am i suppose to do something to keep that from happening? I want to send out another reminder tomorrow – so am hoping you can help me with this.

Your reminder was set to send out those people who have not yet completed the survey, but it looks like some of them were “In Progress” when you sent, and likely finished before they checked their email. No worries, you did everything right :-)

So – I assume that those that did not submit or finish the survey will be sent a reminder e-mail right? Sorry to harp on this, but those who sent the e-mails had either clicked through or did not hit the submit button.
Thanks for all the help!

The way your reminder was set up was to send the reminder emial to everyone who had not yet completed the survey, which included contacts who had not yet clicked through, had clicked through, had started a response or were in the process of completing one. This did not include anyone who had already completed the survey at the time you clicked “send” or anyone who had unsubscribed from your emails.
