Can I ask for some help putting an image into the text of a question?

I’d like my signature to appear in the introduction, so I scanned a copy of my signature and uploaded that file to my Library.

Then in the Question Editor, I clicked the icon to Insert/Edit Image. Up pops an Image Properties box asking me the URL of the image I want to add.

My challenge is, I don’t see an option in that box that allows me to pick an image from my Library. It wants a URL — which I don’t know.

What’s the URL of an image in my Library?

Or, is there a different and smarter way to do this?

Thank you.

Hi Matt,

Depending on the type of account you have, you might have access to the “File and Image Library”. This tab is located at the top of the screen, next to the “All Your Surveys” tab. You can upload and save your images in any format. Then, you can add an image to your survey in Question Editor –> Add Text/Images –> (you will see a “change file” icon in the middle of the page, below the ‘add caption’ box). Click on this icon to add your image.

Best regards,

Thanks Connie!

Hi Matt,
To get the URL to the image just follow Connie’s steps and after the file is uploaded click on the link and copy the URL that’s in the top of your browser window. That’s the URL to the Image.

Hope this helps!
Chad
