I have about 7 pages in my survey. I have one filter question in the beginning and based on the answer to that question the survey will jump to the appropriate page question ( I use the branching option ) the problem is if the user presses the back button it will jump to a page that is not appropriate for that responder.
Any solutions are appreciated thanks.

The current fix for this is to activate the “forward-only survey” option under advanced settings in the survey editor.

This wills top them from jumping *back* to a page that is not appropriate.

We are adding a “path history” to our surveys that will allow the back button to work even with jumps in the future.

Keep and eye on the feature rooster for that feature!

Does the “disable back button in browser” feature use a session cookie or a persistent cookie? I need to know because this is relevant to our privacy policy. Thanks!

Hi Lisa,
It’s a session cookie.
