I have a survey that I send out through SurveyGizmo once per quarter. I’m wondering if there is anyway I can dowload the contacts who did not complete (or even start) a survey along with the completes and partial completes.

I send out updates on the completes / non-completes to my client and it would be helpful if I could get them all from surveygizmo instead of matching up completes with my orginal file and deducing the non-completes from that.

Hi awilliamson,

Are you using our email invite tool? If so there is a link at the bottom of the invite summary called “download to excel’ this will download a spreadsheet with who has and who has not completed the survey (the status column will show you which is which).

If you’re not using our invite tool, but instead just passing an ID through the URL you can also export partials and abandons into excel from the Reporting tab.
