Hi

I have an embedded 5 page survey that I've created.

When you click the 'Next Page' button, instead of taking you to the top of the next page it takes you to the bottom so you have to scroll up to get to the next questions.

Any ideas?

Hi, Caz.

The best option for embedding a survey is the javascript embed.

If you are using the IFRAME method, there's a tip in the IFRAME embed section of the Publish page of your survey that reads like this:

Tip #2: If you're having issues with the iframe not scrolling properly, remove 'style=”overflow:hidden”' from the iframe code before adding it to your website.

I hope one of these options will solve the issue for you, CAZ!

Thanks Cheri,

We've tried that and it doesn't seem to be working. Any other suggestions?

If we have published the survey as Iframe already is their a way we can change it to javascript embed? Or do we have to start again?

All the methods under the Publish tab take you to the same survey and the responses to the same place.  You can change to the Javascript embed without worries!
