The survey is ready and nice!
But… the close button at the last page/redirect page does not work… It happens nothing when I push it. All I want is to redirect the visitor to another page. I used this redirect action at the very end of this page but then the visitor will not se the last page.. and there is no possibility to add another page after the redirect page and use the action there…
(The survey opens up in a frame on my webpage)
How can I solve this?
Thanks…

Hi Jo,
What browser are you using? The close survey button will might not work depending on the browser you’re using.
There are several ways to redirect a survey taker. If you’re familiar with HTML you can design a timed redirect that will redirect the survey taker after a given amount of time (ex. 5 seconds).
If you’d rather not mess with coding you can simply add a page before the Thank You page and have you’re message on that page then tell the survey taker to click to the next page to complete their survey and then redirect on that page (the Thank You page).
Hope this helps,
Chad

Hi, Jo.
I like your creative solution to this issue. Both the redirect and link to another webpage are good things to think about for those survey takers using outdated browsers.
Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, same problem with final button.
How do I fix this?
How do I add a link to another page?
I know basic HTML code - so where do I put the code?
thanks

Simply edit the thank you page message, highlight a portion of text, and then click the icon in the toolbar that looks like the world with a chain link… this will open the hyperlink helper for you to enter the URL.
