Thats what I have for both Exti survey button in the html template and also close button under description section.
My survey name is Best Practices Questionnaire (id=27335). Can you please see why it is not working? I am waiting on this and then do a test run.

I just went into your survey and made a small change (I removed the form tags from your close button).

When I clicked on the button it closed my window. Can you try now?

Hi Nita,
Nope it doesn’t need a form tag. Have you tried looking on Google for “javascript close window button”? I’m sure you can find plenty of resources there.

Otherwise, if you really need this feature we can create it for you and get it working through our professional services.

What perplexes me is the same code works everywhere and even for you but why it doesn’t work for me from the preview mode? I have use the same code on my website forms. Preveiw mode uses frames, is that why it is not working?
