Hi,

Is it possible to edit the message that appears when you have closed off the survey, currently the message says “This survey is has been closed” which is neither grammatically correct or very informing.

It’s a bug… and it has now been fixed (grammatical error and the custom message). It appeared after we changed the URLs around a bit. Enjoy!

Are you sure?

I have just checked and the message is still “This survey is has been closed”

Also, can this message be customised?

Hi Leibiniz,
This message will only appear for new surveys that are created. Old surveys will retain their messages (so no existing survey’s message is nuked).

All you need to do to customize your message is close the survey then go to the Publishing Tab.

You should now see a big text area where you can type your message. This text area also accepts HTML code if you have a web developer on staff.
