Is there any way to add the responses from the test version of my survey( now closed) to my final version which is now active? or is the only option is to do it all manually as data entry?

If there are exact survey copies without any question changes, and at the enterprise level, you can do a combined report. However, since it’s likely something was changed between the two versions, you will have to manually enter in the information in the new survey.
