Here is my survey:

I have the options marked to put First Name and Last Name on one line.
I have the options marked to put City State Zip on one line.
Yet the survey has each field on seperate lines and it looks funny.
Any advice?

Hey, Tyler!


It looks like some changes were made to your CSS Template (In the “Look & Feel” section just under your “Edit Survey” tab). I've added back the “float: left;” attribute to your sg_GroupItem class and everything looks like its working :-)
