On the “E-mail Invites” page, there’s a deliverability tip that mentions creating an SPF record. I like the idea of an opportunity to improve deliverability, but when I click on the link, the info provided is not enough to help me understand the steps necessary to create this SPF record. Can anyone help me by being more specific? I’m a survey virgin…not a techie here, so please word your answer with that in mind. :-)

Hi elf,

Unfortunately it’s a rather technical issue. If you’re not comfortable configuring mail servers, then you shouldn’t try to do this. However, you could forward this information to your web host or tech person in your company…
