Hello,

I have a custom group on a page and I have required questions within the group. But these required questions just don't act like required; when I click next I can move to next page.

How can I fix this?

Thanks…

Hi Jonathan,

Thanks for the answer. If you are asking my survey's name, it's called “Sales Reporting”.

Thanks for your help.

Hey, Tuurul!

You do have required subquestions within this group, but the question itself is not required. The requirements of the subquestions will not get executed unless the group itself is required. You can quickly fix this by simply requiring the custom group. :-)

Hey Jonathan,

This is probably a stupid question, but I don't see where I can make that question required. Can you show me?

Thanks…

Hey, Tuurul!

Its not a stupid question – in fact, I was wrong! This is new information for me, but you actually can't “require” an add-as-needed group's subquestions! The theory behind it is, you'll only add them if you need them, which would typically move people to fill it out.
