A lot of people seem to be accessing my survey but then not completing it.

I can see from browsing the 'partial' responses that people are basically opening it and not completing any of the questions.

I need to work out the response rate for the survey. If an individual opens the survey, doesn't do it, but comes back at a later stage and tries again, will this appear as two responses - one 'partial' and one 'submitted' response?

Hi, Jacqueline.

When a survey taker submits a 'partial' response and then comes back and completes and submits it, the partial response will be subtracted from the number on the Overview page and a 'Completed' will show for that response.

A partial response means a person opened your survey and submitted at least one page of data.

An abandoned means a person opened your survey but did not go past the first page.
