I have a survey with two screening questions at the top. They are on separate pages. I used the “Add Action” feature to create identical logic to disqualify respondents with certain answers.

Unfortunately, it works for the second screening question, but not the first one. I can’t see anything different between the two.

Am I missing something?

Hi John,
Is there a specific reason the two questions are on different pages? Normally you would have all your disqualifying questions on the first page. This simplifies the process for the survey taker.

But, I’m not saying what you’re doing shouldn’t work. Could you tell us or email us the name of the survey? I’d like to take a look.
