Hi liorlib,

Vote protection (dupe protection) isn’t available in the personal version. Just in the Professional and Enterprise right now.

Depending on your needs you might still be able to use the personal account. The CSV export includes a Unique ID (Respondent ID) that you could filter in Excel. Not as convenient… but still possible.
