The survey I’m developing is supposed to go to some people more than once because they need to respond about two different things. How do I make the e-mail message with the survey invite be delivered a number of time (whenever needed) to the same e-mail address?

I have made different password for this and pre-populated the questions so that each respondent knows when they log in what that particula survey is about. In my case it’s courses so as you may guess some people may take more than one each term.

When I uploaded the contacts into the e-amil invite form it got rid of all the records with duplicate e-amil addresses even thought the custom fields containe a different information.

Please help me achieve my goal.

Hi Yulia,
We remove duplicates from our email invite system because we don’t want to accidentally send two emails to the same person. In this situation the feature is working against you.

Often the nicest thing you can do for your survey taker is allow them to complete they survey in one pass without having to return again.

If this is not a viable option we would recommend creating a second email invite to send out, this way you can customize the second email to to those that need to take it again.
