Hi,

First of all thanks for the help in my previous question about survey width.

I would like to send a survery to a group of people by email in a way that would identify how many clicked it and entered the survey.

If I just send a general link by email, I would know how many people filled the form but I will have no indication what precentage of people got the link and filled it, because some of the people may have passed on the link or entered the survey more then once. And I would like to how many people got the link and entered the form, and how many got it and didn’t click it.

Is this supported and in what kind of account?

Hello Romi,

We do support that through our Email Invitation tool (available at the Personal Level and above).

The way it works is you upload the list of contacts you are inviting into our system as a excel or CSV file. Then you create a message to send to them. We send the message and track who clicks into your survey, who completes it and such forth.

At the higher levels you can also send reminders.
