Good afternoon! I have two questions in reference to the email invitations.

1) Does the “Reminder Email” send an email to just those Partials/Abandons the have not taken the survey or to everyone?

2) How to remove/hide the contact information that is displayed at the bottom of the Email Messages that are sent to the respondents?

Hi, lahill.

The “Reminder Emails” are only sent to the Partials/Abandon that have not taken the survey.

Re: the contact information displayed at the bottom of the emails. That information cannot be removed or hidden. It is necessary to be there in order to comply with CAN-SPAM mandates.
