IDK why, but forms I've set up are not emailing me. See seoroi.com/make-10-hour/ and bestofthezlist.com/submit/ for examples. Any clue what's up? It's a hassle to have to login here to view new responses.

You need to ADD ACTION > Send Email and fill out all hte information for the email auto-responder. Neither survey has that setup on the thank you page, and thus it is not emailing you any information. Make sure to set the email to Send by Default: Yes.

Cool thanks! Now how do I make the categories people have picked appear in the subject? Can I just use the [% % 4 categories %%] thing from the merge helper in the subject line?
