Hi,

I have a multiple choice and essay question on my poll. After enetering “test” essay answers I was not able to retrieve them anywhere. I assumed they went to the email address I provided when registering but they do not appear. Also, once the survey is taken, the close option button does not work. Please advise. Thank you.

If you login to your surveygizmo account, you can go to the REPORTS tab to find various methods of compiling and viewing the responses to your poll. Also, the 10 most responses are visilble on the OVERVIEW page of the survey (what is shown when you first select the survey from your HOME page).


The close button may or may not work depending on operating system, web browser, and settings within the web browser. IN other words, its behaviour varies from person to person.
