Hi,

We are contacting people via phone, giving them a unique password, and asking them to access an online survey.

After generating a new batch of passwords to meet increased demand, I noticed that the previous batch of passwords had disappeared from password question editor.

While some of the prior passwords were grayed-out, indicating that they had been used, others were still unused and had been assigned to people who are likely to take the survey. Will these passwords work, or have they been canceled by the new passwords?

Hi Connie,
Sorry for the delayed response our forum notification system went down and we just thought… wow it was a pretty light support week last week.

Anyway to answer your question, we made some changes to the survey login action and now the passwords are additive.

If you’re still having issues please post back.
