I have 3 surveys that have been live for a week, working fine, and today the links are timing out. I tested out a few other surveys I have created and none of the links work. Is your site experiencing problems? Can you let me know once the links are OK?

Lauren,

Your surveys should be up and running. The machine your surveys run on was rebooted (by accident) by our datacenter. They saw that our server was no longer available on certain internet ports (which we closed to boost security) and so they decided to be helpful and initiate a reboot.

They won’t do this again.
