I am hoping someone can help me - I have finally just finished designing, testing, stuffing and stamping 725 letters to my participants - only to realize I inadvertently left the same URL address i used for my testers! :-( ( i know….how could I!)
IS there any way to reuse the same URL for my final version??? I did close the test version but it still says URL in use
HELP PLEASE

Hi Donna,

I take you mean the friendly URL setting on the Publish Page. If so it’s no problem.

Visit the survey that now has the friendly URL you need, and change it to something else. This will ‘free up’ the name. Now you can go to the ‘real’ survey and reuse the name.

I hope that does trick, otherwise share the URL with me and I’ll see what I can do.

Scott

Bless you Scott - you are right on! - that works - you can’t imagine the relief I feel. As always you come to my rescue with quick solutions. Now I can just sit back and watch the responses come in :-)
Thank you
