this may sound trivial, but I can’t find any option in the account setting that allows me to do that.
HELP?

Hi John,
Not to worry — it doesn’t sound trivial at all ;)
That option can be found under “My Account” (upper right hand corner of the screen) and then selecting the “Users” tab.
You’ll see a password field. Just overwrite the password with your new password choice and hit the same button.
I hope that helps!

I tried it, and it gave me this:
You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘iSurveyLimit = NULL WHERE iUserID = 440 and iCustomerID = 398′ at line 1update gizmo_Customer_Users se

I see. Thanks for letting me know. I have fixed that problem and I’ll chastise the development team.

I logged on as another user to test the survey tools functions and did not see the “My Account” anywhere on the page to change her password. How do individual users change their passwords after the original account has been set up?
Thanks.

If it is a Pro or Enterprise level account, there can be multiple users for the account that can be set to not be administrators, and thus not have access to users and passwords. You would need to speak to whomever is the administrator (there has to be 1) on the account. Also, it would be found in the TOP RIGHT of the surveygizmo page once you have logged in and is called ACCOUNT SETTINGS. Remember, this is only visible if you are an administrator for Pro and Enterprise accounts, and always visible for Personal and Free accounts.
