How do I unlock surveys that remain locked after an upgrade?

I upgraded from a free account to a personal account but about 20 surveys remain locked in “overflow”. I know I haven’t exceeded the 1000 surveys for the month. Help?

All unlocked. The upgrade process for unlocking responses still requires a human touch. Sorry about that!
