Are you trying to add email invitations or email auto-responders that go out after someone has completed a survey? let me know and we’ll be glad to help out!

Also, you can always move a survey back from “published/launched” to design mode by going to the “Publishing” tab and then hitting the “Switch back to design mode” button.

I don’t see the “invitation letter and concluding remarks” that you are talking about. Are they on the thank you page?

Hi Jongick,

Where do you want to add “invitation remarks? Do you mean some text at the beginning that welcomes people to take your survey? If so, use the Add Text/Images link at the top of the survey.

Also, for “concluding remarks,” you can click the Advanced Edit icon on the Thank You/Redirect page to change that text and put in your own concluding remarks.
