I have an HTML page with a basic survey on it. I was going to pay a programmer to program it out for me, but I like the features that I am seeing here at SurveyGizmo.com instead.

However, I can’t figure out how to get my survey here at SurveyGizmo to look exactly like my HTML page. The HTML page is at: http://www.getmorebusinessnow.com/survey.htm

It’s important to note that I CAN see how I can do a survey with these same survey questions with SurveyGizmo….however, my problem is that I can’t figure out how to get it to look exactly like my HTML page.

I’m afraid if I can’t get this to look this way (not that it’s all that pretty), I’m going to need to hire a programmer instead of using SurveyGizmo.
