I don't want to make my questions required but if a person does not answer one and/or all questions on a page, when they click the “next page” button, I want all of the questions that they did not answer, either highlighted or asterisked.  I also want to have a comment at the bottom of the page, something like “if you do not answer these questions, your feedback results will be incomplete.”  Is this possible?  Thanks.

That's a variation on an idea called a 'soft required' question. Unfortunately, that is not currently possible within SurveyGizmo.  However, I've added your remark to our feature request board, thanks for the feedback!
