I want to create a survey to ask team members who is available for a tournament. I then need to be able to produce a report that does not only say 73.29% of people say yes, but that actually lists all the responses so I can see who is available to play. Is this possible?

Regards,

Luke

This is very much possible using SG. You could use a combination of our online reporting/answer browsing to see the results you’re looking for, or you could also export your data to excel and manipulate it in whatever fashion you prefer there! If you haven’t already, I’d suggest signing up for one of our free accounts. They are very powerful and you can start experimenting immediately!

Jason,

I’ve been having a play and it definitely looks good. My ideal outcome however would be that once someone completes the quiz they are redirected to a page which displays a table of each submission with the answers to each of their questions (i.e. so that the answers are public to all). Is that an ability of SG or is the closest going to be to exporting the spread sheet which would have all the information on a single page?

There are some basic reporting options available to you on the “thank you/results” page at the end of your survey. If you click “Add Chart/Results” you can add a graph. Unfortunately I don’t think you can share “all data” at this time, so the exported excel spreadsheet is likely your best best.
