In testing our survey, the invite email link is not taking respondents back to partially completed survey. Is this something that does not work in test mode? Also, do can they still do this after they hit finish button, or should we tell them not to do this until suvey is complete?
Note this survey also has email login to prepopulate first question with prior year answer, in case this makes a difference.

Hi Joe,
The testmode email invite does not record any data so there’s nothing to return to.
In an actual invite you can still return to a survey even after you have finished it.
It seems a little strange that you’re requiring an email login even though you’re emailing these surveys out. Perhaps you want to use the email invite merge codes instead.
Hope this helps,
Chad

Hello. For an anonymous survey, is it possible to invite individuals to complete a partially completed survey? Otherwise, are there any options for use of the information?
thanks.

Hi Metro,
Yes if you have Save & Continue link selected in the Email Invite the invitee can click on their link to return to their survey and complete it.
If you would like the survey to be truly anonymous you can use the “Link starts a completely new survey” option. Then you really won’t know who took what survey.
Hope this helps,
Chad
