A few questions:

1) How can I add links to the survey in the invite?

2) How can I permanently change the company name in the footer?

Hello, Amie!

You can add a link to your survey in an email invite by using the [%%Survey Link%%] merge code, which will merge-in a unique and different survey link for each of your contacts.

The Company information in the footer of your email invites is directly pulled from your account settings, so changing your accounts settings information will change your email invite footer.
