Hello,

I have co-workers pilot testing my survey now. Due to the nature of the survey, respondents may get rather far along in the survey and then realize that they want to change an answer given a couple pages back.

Feedback I received was: “It was a pain to go back in the survey, because I would lose the info entered on each page as I backed up through it.”

Is there a way to keep that from happening? I went back in and tested it out to see what my respondent meant… It seems that when info is entered into textboxes this info is retained as you hit back, but when check boxes are checked off, this info is not retained so the respondent has to recheck off boxes. When there’s a possibility of 100 check boxes, this is a pain in the butt.

The survey is “Logic Model”.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Let me see if I can do anythign about it.
