I noticed a few minutes ago that the first response to my survey is no longer listed among the responses, either on my dashboard or in the list of all surveys. Is this a known glitch? Is it possible that the respondent retracted their response? If not, is there a way to recover this lost data?

Hi Devon,
The dashboard only holds the ten most recent responses. What you need to do to view all your responses is go to “Reports” and then “Browse Responses.” This will allow you to see all your responses. If this was not what you were talking about, let me know and I will help you out!

Unfortunately, that’s not it: the first response to our survey was visible last week on the browse responses page, but has since disappeared.

Hmmm… If you could give us a unique identifier for that particular response that would helps us identify what the problem is. The response ID would be ideal, second best thing would be the person’s email address.
