How do I manage the Question Library?  Specifically, how do you remove an item?

The Question Library has been on the 'wanted' list for a long time and it was getting so big it would never get released, so this first version was released. The ability to manage it is coming, it's just not present currently. Going to need to cope for a little bit longer, sorry!
