Can one answer in a matrix trigger skip logic?
For example if the respondent answered by “yes” to the first row he will answer 1 hidden page

Hi Researcher,
I’m not sure I understand what you’re asking but, if you want to use Show/When logic on a table question (not a custom matrix) you can do this with a Simple Show/When rule. The menu will populate with the rows in a table.
