Our surveys are joint ventures between a university and a foundation. We would like to have both logos in the header- is this possible?

Hi, Susan.
Yes. The best way to do this is have your graphics department make up a graphic header with the two logos that looks the way you want it.
You can look at the width of your survey template in Look&Feel in order to get the graphic specifications to give to your graphics department.
Once you have the graphic, upload it to your Files and Templates. Then on the Look&Feel page, go to the section labeled 'Your Logo & Other Images for this Theme' and click the little gray box at the end of the box labeled ' Logo/Header Image'. When the lightbox pops up, click on the logo/header image and then click the button labeled 'Use This Image'. This will insert the logo header into your survey.

We only need one logo in the header, but when we add the logo, there is a white box and background on it. We would like the background to show through the logo instead of the whie. Is there a way to get ride of the whie space or to attach the logo without the surrounding white box?

Either that is related to the template or it is part of the image. Do you have the exact name of the survey in question?

There are two surveys for which I am having this problem. They are both still in the design mode. They survey names are “MSU Tours Survey” and “Interior Design Customer Satisfaction Survey - Oct. 08″

As I suspected, this is not an issue with SurveyGizmo, we are not adding a white box around your image. Your image is a .jpg and if you want the white areas to be transparent, you must alter the image to a .gif and set the white areas to transparent. This can be done with paint.net or photoshop or a number of other programs, but it is a matter of altering your image, not surveygizmo and the survey. Good luck!

How do I insert our logo into our survey if I cannot link it from another website. I cannot find how to add it to our image library?? Thanks!

Hi Emily,
All paid levels allow you to upload your files (like images) to our servers. Just go to Files and Templates to do this.
To use the logo in your survey just go to the survey, click Edit Survey->Look & Feel and click the button next to Logo/Header Image to grab the file from your library.
Hope this helps,
Chad
