I have already designed and launched a survey. However, in my list of surveys, it is nameless. How can I add a name to the survey after it has already been designed? Thanks

Select your survey without a title from the list that appears when you first login. This will bring you to the overview. At the very top before you get to the blue top of the page, it will say “Survey: edit”. Click the edit link and you will be able to change the internal name of the survey (the one that appears to you when you list all of your surveys).
