Hi,

I’ve almost reached my 250 response limit (free account), and I am wondering what is going to happen when I have overflow responses.

Will I be able to see them next month ? Or are they lost forever (unless I upgrade of course).

Hi Aude,

When you reach your limit we will start flagging your surveys as ‘Overflow’ we store all the data, but it;s not available for reporting, exporting etc. If you upgrade to Personal then we unlock them and they become available (even if you downgrade after your survey is over).

I hope that answers helps! Not to worry, we won’t shut your survey down :)
