When I send out my reminder will it be sent to all participants who have partially completed or clicked through the survey? Can I keep those who have partially completed the survey NOT to recieve the reminder?

Hey, SQ!

You have three different options when choosing what “group” of contacts to send your Reminder message to.

Send to people who have NOT completed the survey yet
- This will be sent to contacts with the status of: Partial, Clicked, and Blank
Send to people who have NOT RESPONDED
- This will be sent to contacts with the status of: Blank
Send to people who have STARTED, BUT NOT COMPLETED a survey
- This will be sent to contacts with the status of: Partial
