Piping Ranking Answers

I would like to be able to ask people to rank a number of variables by importance to them. 


Then, I would like them to think about how these will change in, say, 3 years time.


For this, I need to be able to pipe in their answers and ask them to re-rank.


Please could somebody offer advice on how I could do this?

Hi there :) 

You will want to put the questions on two separate pages.  On the first, create a ranking question (arrow type works well) with each of your variables as the options.  On the next page, create another ranking question but use option piping.  This will pipe the variables into the question in the same order that they chose for the first question, so respondents can rank how their preferences will change over time. Here's what it looks like on a simplified scale:
