I am trying out your program and have a free account. I want to be able to have a link on the desktop to your survey, complete it and submit it, then return to the survey and complete it again using the same link. Now, after using the link to go to the survey and submitting it, when click on the link again I go to the “Thank You” page. With a free account, I have no access to de-duping, but it appears it’s being de-duped anyway. Can I do what I want to do?

Hi Ed,

The link you saved to your desktop, does it start with pro20? If it does you’ve saved the “in progress” url which is why it keeps taking you back into the same survey.

You should bookmark the url that’s on your Promote page (the very short one). That should work the way you want.
